Glance (an inmobi group) - Gaming team CTC : 34.75LPA Role : SDE-2 Location : Bangalore 2. mfine ( healthcare domain) - platform and engineering team CTC : 30LPA Role : Backend tech lead Location : Chennai My current details: Role : Senior Applications Engineer CTC : 19LPA Location : Hyderabad. YoE : 5 Which is better? I'm quite confused. Would it matter in future if i take step back to SDE-2 now from my current designation?

Hello, I have recently got an offer from Inmobi as an SDE - ll, I ll be joining the "software excellence" team. I was told by the recruiters and my hiring manager that software excellence builds software solutions for internal teams, other product teams and that this role is a blend of devops and development. I am really concerned about the quality of work and learning if I join the software excellence team against learning and quality of work if I work for a client facing b2b or b2c product?
