The IndiGo Employee get unlimited flight Tickets to travel Domestic and international by paying of taxes of tickets which could be below 1000INR and some times below 1000INR also.
Best thing is staff travel, you just have to pay taxes for the flight ticket fare and the worst thing is you can’t travel when you’re sick they’ll block your benefits for 6 months and it’s very less likely to get a seat for the flight you want to travel on via staff travel as it is based on the availability of the seat. Indigo flights have cheapest fare so most people opt for it so there is very less chance that you will get a seat as a crew travelling for duty. And also if you want to plan for a vacation you can apply leaves only 2 months prior and sick leaves are only 12 per year
They don’t give you leaves hence you cannot plan a vacation that often and even if they give leaves it won’t be for consecutive 4-5 days
