‘An average of 60 days of paid leave per year makes it one of the highest in the industry anywhere in the world’
‘A non-contributory pension plan based on contractual (qualifying) service period with a guaranteed payout till survival followed by transfer of the same to next of kin is a great benefit. This is further amplified by the fact that you get to commute a part of your pension when you retire.’
‘This leave is in addition to the Paid Vacation/ Leave that is given. It is an added advantage for young parents.’

Navy is a great place to work, but not for a Short Service Commissioned Officer. You are asked to leave at the prime of your life where you need to start again with tons of liabilities on your head
While the benefits are not explicitly stated, the facilities are world class and the benefits are beyond what other companies offer. Membership to multiple clubs, gymnasiums and other sports facilities are available for free/ minimal cost. Accommodation is offered within the campus/ residential locations exclusively managed by the company in 90% of the locations. While the base pay may not be great, the benefits when clubbed together with everything else, makes it a place worth working.
