Membership to multiple clubs, gymnasiums and other sports facilities are available for free/ minimal cost. Accommodation is offered within the campus/ residential locations exclusively managed by the company in 90% of the locations. While the base pay may not be great, the benefits when clubbed together with everything else, makes it a place worth working.
