As an intern at INDUSIND Bank, I would say I had a really good time learning the business processes and culture of the company.
It gives good hike compared to previous company or atleast maintain previous standards
Gives good money but least bothered about work Life balance
Work life balance is non existent, Management generally asks staff to work on all holidays, benefits like allowances are non existent.
Nothing found as of now

They might be offering benefits, but IndusInd Bank are horrible employers. In these difficult times, when the government is trying hard to contain the virus through aggressive social distancing, IndusInd Bank is forcing it's corporate office employees to operate from office, who do not even fall into the essential services segment. They're taking undue advantage of the April 20th relaxation. I'm curious to know if something happens to even one of their employees, would they be willing to take up the responsibility? Pathetic. At this time when companies are doing their best to make sure their employees are safe, IndusInd Bank is going out of their way to make sure that the employees are unsafe. Even those who can work remotely are being forced to come to office.
Best organisation low pressure and politics in staff
