Somehow HR has never been a focus area. Yearly increments are industry low and is around 6-7%. The medical insurance coverage is also very low i. e. 2.5 lacs for family which is inadequate in Metro cities. There is no life insurance coverage. Only accidental coverage is available. No ESOP policy. Summing up, once you are hired, the next call/mail you receive from HR team only when you exit.
Do not join this bank they will not provide proper training and never guide to their employees. They only want the business.
