    It has best Infrastructure. you will never believe that it is an IT company, most beautiful architecture of building, food courts, grounds, everything is here. you can play sport if you want, you can do Yoga within campus, medical facilities are here, name one thing and it is available .

    Best thing is the campus food culture and health insurance and cheap health check ups and worst thing is 9 hours 15 minutes daily time quota and very few holidays

    You get the standard benefits that you can expect from a IT MNC in terms of health insurance, company loan, PPF and all. However, there is close to no benefits for the employee during the first year at this organization. You'll be in a probationary period for the first year and then you'll be converted to a full time where you'll get the base pay as per the offer letter. There are no special benefits package per se. Even though, it exists, I rarely find a bunch of them getting hikes and greater pay based on these plans. In short, the benefits/ packages are very much dependent on your visibility to the upper management and your recognition in the hierarchy. By visibility, it might not always mean good/productive work but rather good tempo with the senior management during company lunches/ hangout.
