This is truly a 4.5 review. Vacation time and maternity/paternity leave are very good. The only reason why I don't rate it with a 5 star is health care which is expensive!

Very nice fellows and friendly working environment
Best = work from home, good work-life balance
Good pto 401k but low pay
Since 2022 the base vacation was bumped to 20 days which is nice. Decent amount of holidays and standard healthcare options.
