Overall company policies are good.great place to work. But still it's doubtful if you are not pet for your immediate manager.middle management people will decide your fate whether you have to stay in JP. I know JP was the best place for work culture, WLB. But not now.If the manager is fair to all the team members then we have good growth and future.when we are not act like slave to our managers then we have to walk out from JP.I heard about job security is good in JP. its not true. When middle management people decided to corner one person then there is no job security at all..It's happening with some LOB's.
Best - health insurances and time off Worst - Less learning opportunities
One of the best in the industry, includes medical, term insurance. Free food, transport, yearly bonus. Infrastructure best in the industry.
