401K, vacation, dental, health, perks
20 days of vacation time, great medical benefits, back-up child care on site, 16 week primary care giver parental leave and 6 week non-primary care giver parental leave.
Benefits are great. The company also has significantly enhanced benefits like family care leave mental health etc since the 2020 pandemic. 4.5 weeks vacation as a VP plus several sick days you can use for caring for family of doctors appointments etc.
Health insurance isn't great but other benefits are nice.
