if yo have more than 1 years service you can take the enhanced maternity pay which is 14 weeks art 90% of your salary, but with the condition you return back to work for a minimum of 3 months after your maternity leave. if under 1 years service or you can chose not to take enhanced and take 8 weeks at 90% of your salary .
