    Way below the market value. the sick leave is just 7 days. i had jaundice for 1 month i had to go leave without pay. work life balance is not there. they expect 14-15 hour per day.

    Best thing is flexible timing. It would be better if cab and food is provided along with performance bonus and employee stock options.

    They will not offer you considering its an e-com which makes you come on weekends,serve late nights,want late night supports,unpredictable work. The mid term/year end appraisal are ad-hoc.No specific review process. During Hiring HR will say that you will get 10% increment at year end to bargain on joining income.But once you get into system that people have not even got 1 percent appraisal here for more than a year
