The benefits that Jacobs provide are simple and do not allign with the market. bus facility is provided which no other provides.
private health insurance, EPF program, super annuation, yearly bonus are great. yearly appraisals are not that great.

The growth curve is not so good
Jacobs is not a pay master. Bonus is 1 basic salary per year. Good this is that they provide term policy for all the employees.
Not exactly the best but almost close to best in this industry. Starting salary is crucial after that it totally depends upon the domain and the performance of company and individual performance
Best part is that pay more than industry standards if you are fulfilling all their requirements Need to work overtime during peak time of project deliverables however you get overtime for the same
