Competitive benefits package offered in line with other airlines although still movement for improvement. Pay and benefits are continuously being reviewed by the company.
Great range of benefits that increases all the time: discount on hire car, hotel bookings and also restaurants, theme parks
great company to work for
Poor or almost none. Working from home - does not exist, unless you do not tell HR. No flexible hours. Advertise short hours Friday, but can be removed at any point. Discounted flights? Forget about that, it's too complicated and it's easier and cheaper to get flights with other airlines instead.
Best: very good commission scale Worse: High targets which you are questioned about if you don’t meet them
Best thing is the Christmas party, other than that, not much. Wage is decent but company lacks standards for anyone to stay very long. Sad because it is a growing business.
Good company, but no benefits for working for them.
There's no company perks, no staff travel, no incentives
240 hours worth holiday, free car parking, paid during training free uniform, discounts on package holidays & flights, lovely staff members
The best thing to work for Jet2 is the salary and the friendliness around you. They give you some benefits as sales commission and others for working for them as %10 discount onboard products, with exceptions. The worst thing is the 6 months contract, the Procius process and the unorganised beginning.
