‘Benefit best in the industry’
‘more leaves compared to other organizations’
‘Not much available on life insurance. Group medical insurance available.’
Overall Pleasant and good experience
Non cash benefits such as work flexibility and culture are very good. You get a yearly bonus based on company performance which is sizeable.
Pros: Better than average salary. Work life and personal life management. Work from Home Not at all stressful work. Calm and easy going. Cons: Cramped space due to hiring. Smallest building in cyber city. Bad cafeteria. You won't get good food or a proper space to sit here. Bad for a company like John Deere.
Good leave policies for employees
30 paid holidays in year
Best thing: variable pay. Worst thing: very bad performance management. Non-technical managers
It is good for those people who got the growth
Overall , employee has basic benefits like insurance, group term life, meal card , flexible working
It is employee oriented company, providing all support to employees when in need. As compared to industry lot better benefits are provided
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
