John Deere technology center India is a good company which can be considered as a final place to settle down if you are native to pune. Ideally best to get hired on management roles.

“20 PL and 10 CL in year” , Life Insurance: “limit is too less compared to other organization, they have different limit for different position”, it is one of the best companies to work for. Very good work culture. Innovation driven company. Not very good in terms of compensations and benefits. John Deere India HR benefits and compensations is the worst. Sometime they trick you and provide you very lower salary.
