There are no benefits. They announce benefits or bonus only for requirements for which you will never get a resource for. They even have LOP for coming in late by 5/10 mins, which itself will eat up a part of your meager wages.
Medi insurance is only for employees now.
The Company Pay the Medical Insurance Premium of the Employees and its not deducted from the Salary and there is No Variable Pay
The Best thing is getting the special incentives on achieving your targets or appreciation from your client. It did help many to motivate in the work flow.
