Take home salary is good but no incentives or bonus paid which is BIG thumps down Even if you do good business and make profits, you are not entitled to bonus or incentives But leaders who get clients or manager the portfolios are benefited, inspite of them not being related to the account later in the long run This makes the actual team demotivated and attrition soon becomes an option
