They encourage in learning a lot about new tools technologies, Maths, stats and business
It is an amazing place to learn and constantly upskill yourself. But pay is really low in comparison to the work here.
The benefits are great. Good company to work for. Friendly work culture.

Best thing is that there is always opportunity to learn new tools and the working hours aren't that strictly monitored
Best thing is : Work culture and Work-Life balance Worst: Pay and benefits not upto the industry standard. Besides with new norms the variable pay is now not paid in full. Most employees are getting around 50-60% only which is demotivating
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
