Open work culture, employee friendly work environment, approachable management, good training opportunities, fairly young and energetic peers, okay private health insurance

It's a small company with around 500 employees. There's nothing else offered by the company apart from one's CTC.
* No Cab services for Pick & Drop. * Majority of employs get Desktop. Getting laptop is very difficult. Hence work from home is not feasible. * No Relocation reimbursements * They deduct fees from monthly salary for Parking space. * Insurance for Parents are costly. Now they changed the leave policy also. We cannot cash or carry forward the leaves. Even sick leaves are not given from the year begging. you need to apply for LOP even incase of health issues. Nightmare if you come from good company.
The leaves are too limited, as well as many benefits found in many other companies are absent.
The things I liked about Latent View was its flat organization structure. Most of the people working are freshers, so the environment is dynamic and vibrant.
