The best was the 50% discount, the worst was the 8 hours contracts, which are basically zero hours.

The team bonus scheme was available for meeting KPI financial targets. This, as well as other in-store sales-based competitions provided frequent incentives. However, as the company began to boom in popularity, we were well exceeding our financial targets and on at least two occasions, upper management delayed or refused our bonus, on grounds that bulk buyers had skewed our targets. Lush offers an excellent 50% discount to staff on all products as well as most spa experiences.
After 2 months you are eligible for the pension. For every month you get 1,5 day holiday. If you work during the bank holiday you get paid double plus 1 day holiday extra. Saturday you get an extra bonus or double pay. Cannot remember how it was with sick days but I think they were unpaid. Some buses to work. Free hot drinks. Bonus if you hit targets. 50% off at the Lush spa and at the store but not on every product.
