Health Assured scheme and eye test vouchers are great for retail. One week of sick pay (equivalent to weekly contracted hours) - this is not specified in contract though so at managers discretion. 50% staff discount and cycle to work scheme offered.
Appalling. Travel season ticket recently introduced and an EAP which is only used to very basic capacity. No sick pay for hourly staff - a week can be paid but is managers discretion. Poor pay for supervisors and trainee managers. You get discount and free product but how about some dental cover? Or a health cash plan. Some sales assistants can't afford to live yet top managers are paid 35,000 plus.
