Medical insurance wasn't great, Cab facilities were pathetic and unprofessional drivers who would put your life at stake despite complaining multiple times this was never resolved, no special benefits to mention.

Best part is that they have mediclaim and pf which is very good. and they have 30 days holidays per year . and small functions which we enjoyed.

Along with salary u get shift allowance and travel allowance is not included even though it's mentioned in ur ctc

The policies keep changing, and there is no scope for growth. They don't allow newcomers to enter the management cadre. Salary hike is for managers only, anybody below the grade never gets a single pay hike ever. Customers leave the company, and management keeps paying itself hikes.

Best is the job stability which is rare in this field
