perks are good , salary once decided then after there is not much increment , easily receive good engineer girl friend.

Best thing for benefits: All employees are getting almost same average hike. Package: Not up to the Industry standard. Cons: All are equally treated instead of based on their work capability.

Management is very cooperative about your leaves. Lunch and cab facility are offered on a subsidized rate. Insurance is free (They even won't ask for premium).
