Best: matching contribution pension, work flexibility, Family work balance Worst: only 3 weeks vacation time
Good coverage in dental and vision
Not the best benefits package out there. Last year they changed it to a flex program which resulted in overall less benefits and at a great cost.
There were no benefits offered by the company as I was hired by a staffing agency on contract.
eyeglass coverage is quite limited and doesn't cover the cost of normal prescription glasses
No benefits for Co-op students, but a good chance to learn.
They provide stock option and that is good.
They provide 3 weeks of vacation, which is sort of standard these days. 3 personal days, 5 sick days and 1 volunteering day. However, most benefits are taxable, so if you use those benefits, you get taxed.
Great flexibility w/benefits plan. You choose where you want more coverage.
Benefits were awesome. This includes disability and dental
