    20% staff discount off everything except branded products. No other benefits really, could purchase things such s childcare vouchers and medical insurance but nobody really seemed to as they weren't that much cheaper than shopping around

    I got a 20% discount card which is good although Marks and Spencer isn't the cheapest place and so it doesn't offer much of a discount when you are only earning £8/hour.
