For IT, It used to be a great organization. When multiple managerial positions getting filled by people from same organization( Tech-M ) down fall started. Medline started loosing decent work culture and started adopting Tech-M work culture. You can't suggest anything to these managers cause they know all managers are gonna form groupism instead of focusing on solution. They don't want to keep any escalation point by filling all managerial positions by Tech-M. You will end up with nothing but frustration.

They offer good salary on paper but in hand salary they provide us was different, as they include variable pay in main home take salary which gets pay after completing 5 months
