Hi fellow job seekers! Hope everyone is doing well I recently got a job offer from Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India. They want me in probation for first 6 months. I feel this is a bit risky as I will be leaving my comfortable job and go on probation. I have confidence in myself but what if some unpredictable task is given to me which I am not able to perform. Employees at MBRDI, can you please provide you input? how risky is it in reality? Thank you and best of luck to everyone!
