Sorry, this post is off-topic. My colleague informed me that her family is looking for a groom for her, and she will accept her parents' choice of action. She is also ecstatic. I respect her decision, but I also feel about her. As we are both working on the same project, I don't say anything to her before because I don't want to make her feel uncomfortable. I'm fairly sure she doesn't feel anything for me. I'm now perplexed. Should I tell her or ignore it? For me, her happiness is important.

Have you ever felt unsecured after gaining 10+ experience that your junior who is having so less experience also able to do same technical work so what you are making extra to organisation.

I work in Java and don't like it much. Still get interview calls for java. Everytime I learn anything new, I struggle finding relevant jobs and end up hearing that this technology is not in trend anymore. eg, I learned django, then MEAN MERN. Couldn't even get to give a single interview. Learned spring boot and cleared interview with basic knowledge only. Now I am in a stage where I don't know what to choose. How do you guys handle this situation any suggestions? PS. I have only 2 yoe.

Do you feel after after 10+ experience where yor career is going on as you not sure about team lead role and at the same time you know that you can't longer continue with individual contributor role
