You can take wfh if required.
The Work For Home option is very flexible and the employees can avail this option if they are unwell to travel or if they have some work in the middle of day or on a rainy day.

This is based on the manager. So it depends on your manager to approve/deny your wfh. It's not a company policy as such.
Good options are available, helpful can reach anyone.
We get to have a better time working from home as it is very beneficial for people staying very far from the workplace.
It depends on department. You will end up working on weekends or PTO's.
Working from home is very beneficial to the technical teams who routinely work till 2-3 am. But the major benefit is taken by the Director and VP cadre- you can hardly find them in office on alternate days and every fridays these guys will be missing from work all the while on calls pressurising you about the latest customer "fires" to be put out!
They will give you more work.
