Hi all! I’m at a crossroad and I need some advice. I have 1year experience with Microsoft as a Business ops associate. And before MS I was with Amazon for 2 years. I want to pursue my Masters and after talks with my current manager I was told I’d be promoted within 2years if I stick around, even without a Masters. It doesn’t sound promising though. What do I do in this case? Do I quit from MS now and go study or hold on? TIA!

So I recently interviewed with Microsoft and told them about a competent offer when they asked. Now the HR is forcing me to share the complete offer letter instead of just the annexure so as to prove that the offer is actually mine. Can they do so? They are anyways offering me a lesser base salary but they say that they need it for the approvals. What do u suggest guys?
A good company to work with
Yearly allocation of Fitness allowance is great.
great but can be improved
Great culture, perks and time off
interviewer was very cool and calm. she helped me to understand the logic behind the questions.
external benefits are amazing, base is very less which gets further reduced after tax deduction, great work life balance
