Company has a very rigid compensation structure. The CTC quoted in interviews may sound too good but its really too good to be true. There is no variable pay at initial 1,2,3 Levels. The increments are not too good. Sometimes below industry standards. Negotiate the best you can while joining. There is nothing like Sick Leave. All you get is 21 paid holidays. The company will do everything it can to hold maximum days salary it can hold. Salary payment cycle is 26th - 25th so by default you certain part of salary is on hold perpetually.
Get insurance and Gratuity which deducts from your own salary. Maternity leave is for 26 weeks. Paid Leaves per year are 30.
Good exposure for freshers is the only benefit of working at Miles
