The best is all the benefits you have from insurance to great discounts in many retails. The worst is maybe the price of extra people in the insurance policy
It could have more options to personalise your benefits and allow you to swap and change things that you do not need or are less relevant.
Private Health insurance and up to four half days summer holiday om top of regular holdays and company days
Good benefits including: 25 days of vacation, 35 working hours/week, health insurance, working from home. No bad things to report.
I can say that working hours are good and also the bonus is good. The location of the office at Canary Wharf is something I don't like as I prefer to work in the City of London where there are more shops and places to go out for lunch, dinner etc
Best private healthcare I've ever come across (family and partner cover, and previous existing conditions always covered) and lots of good discounts to local attractions/theatre/sights.
Private health insurance, pension, 25 days annual leave, study leave, professional qualifications sponsorship, sick pay, bike to work scheme
Moody's offers a very weak pension plan and a very limited health insurance package (no dental care coverage for instance). On the positive side, the company is very flexible regarding allowing employees to work from home.
Days given for leave is higher than most
