I am not sure about the benefits package in Motif India Infotech. I can definitely tell this that the work environment is very good and applying for the leaves is easy and the management surely helps happily.

The salary Motif was paying was not that much as Ahmedabad was expensive to live. Holidays were also not negotiable. We have to put pressure on Supervisors for granting us leaves. Work Culture is very good. Food & canteen is major concern there.

Negligible extra benefits, very strict adherence to break time is required. You do get holidays but you need to apply well in advance in case of a long break.
