There is nothing good about the package, when they hire freshers they keep a bond of 3 years with a monthly salary of 24 K. This will be stepped up to 35K in January next year so if you join in June you will have to wait 1.5 years for a pay hike.

Fixed time- have to login/logout in proper time else you gonna loose 1/2 leave Sick leave- leaves are given quarterly if you run out of leaves then it’s lop you can not use leaves from next quarter
