No 401K matching, no resources provided for employees to learn, you pay half of your health insurance (I was paying $196 per month). If you're at client site they'll try not to pay for parking (they told me to carpool with coworkers).
The health insurance, 401K, and paid time off at Mu Sigma were spectacular. The package covered medical, dental, and vision.
No 401K offered by the company
They offer the legal minimum for salaried employees, and have no leeway. The only good thing is that their HR department is so small that they cannot enforce basic things like reporting your vacation days or sick days. I took a lot of 3 day weekends haha
