Why is novartis so slow at giving resolution. I raised the relocation reimbursement request a month ago and still there is no response. Besides, there even was an error in my first salary where I wasn't paid the settling allowance. I raised a ticket with HR, payroll, divisionHR but nobody responds and provide a resolution.Novartis

Why doesn't Amex provide OPD insurance. It's quite basic for an organisation that harps on its employee friendly benefits. Thay also have no forum or portal to raise these grievances.. For all the drama they do around mental health, would be much more effective to set aside a couple of days of mental health leaves rather than "headspace" time that nobody avails or ridiculous talks with randoms from the industry in the name of mental health benefits. American Express, get real.

Hi folks, need a suggestion,i am on notice period,lwd:5/11 i have been released from project on 30/09 but nobody informed me and for 14 days i gave the project kt and did offline work, still the project lead & manager ar3 asking me to provide kt and work offline am no billable to client also my reimbursement claims have been declined. what should i do now? can anyone suggest Thanks
