Bonus doesn't depend on you're performance at all....Even if you get 4 out of 5 you might receive less when compared to other people who got 3 or 2....not in synch with your performance
Management is not good enough
The best thing if my package was the basic pay and the worst part if my package was the travel allowance
They don't give good bonuses. They give bonus of 5000 10k max to na employee and that too yearly.
Flexibility depends on Manager and Project. Pay scale if very less.

When we joined we do had a health insurance for me and my belongings but after 1 year they removed the insurance and it was completely paid from employees end.
