Good increment but promotion policy is a bit slower..agent pressure is some places very high..with this pressure of PSU TO PRIVATE a dillema...
pros: central government job so job security is high, better pay than public sector banks, work life balance, best thing is 5 days per week job Cons: pay settlement is implemented very late,(at every 5 years) so you get arrears for that HR policies are not good in terms of posting technology is not good in national insurance
Company's benefit packages are very confusing. HR people fail to make us understand.
Benefits like travel allowances and medical reimburses etc and cons are almost less as it is government organisations
