Hi everyone, how is project manager role at OYO ? Will oyo be a good exit opportunity from ZS. The package is going to be more, but I am only considering my growth at both places for the near and long term. Trying to not make the money a focus of taking the decision. How is the culture at OYO and is the job stable, considering the amount of people they let go last year. How are the work hours and the management in general?
Considering it at this stage of the company, the perks offered are decent but not that generous as many MNCs out there.
Decent benfits are offered by oyo
