Great perk for all employees. Pay may not be high for everyone but makes up in terms of culture.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Account Planning Intern in Mumbai, Maharashtra

The best thing is the people you get to meet because they have worked with amazing companies and people and are very friendly. It is a very causal environment. The worst thing is as a intern you get very small work

StarStarStarStarStar Current Management Supervisor in Gurgaon, Haryana

Employee benefits are mostly limited to salaries and leaves. Salaries are not up to the industry standard as Ogilvy prouds itself in giving opportunity of working with the best.

There are not many. Health insurance is provided by them, no holidays for 6 months which sucks however hard you work. Easy claims process, the finance team is cool. But post probation, you get way too many holidays than you need

Management Trainees so not get on the payroll. Its a 6 month probation period after which they renew your employment. WIth 12,000 rupees, there isn't much you would be affording. No benefits.
