Flexible to WFH, but it depends on the immediate manager, some of whom would prefer the employee to be in office. Most offshore managers are cool with WFH all the time
but it's monitored via a tool which is little non-sense.
WFH tension free life and a lot of time to spend with family members
It was good, we can communicate in Skype. But now the new management asking us to install an app which will track our activity.

Best thing is they just want you to do your allocated work, no matter where you are.
Completely flexible on work from home.
There should be a strong enough reason for you to work from home. Also, it's mandatory to have a proper time reference for all the work that is done while at home. While work from home is not usually positively accepted, one can avail in case of an emergency.
Can avail 3-4 days of work from home option by consulting with your manager, mainly work should be done, you leave or die doesn't matter to them , so as far as you are working they don't mind.
