Decent 401k match, good health insurance
Great insurance and employee benefits
Great insurance but they'll lay you off in a heartbeat.
Great 401k and other benefits.
The best aspects of Oracle's benefits package, as of my last knowledge update in September 2021, include comprehensive healthcare coverage, competitive retirement plans, stock options, learning and development opportunities, and potential work-life balance. However, some employees have noted complexities in navigating the benefits, high healthcare deductibles, limited paid time off, dependence on stock performance, and concerns about job security due to past restructuring and layoffs.
Very Good 401k for consultants
