Company offers paid time off but management encourages not to avail them considering the work demand.
Vacation and paid leave you can avail at any time you want with prior notice to your line managers. There is no restriction for that.
paid leaves are alot, however can extend unpaid leave for as long as one wants until you have a valid reason
you cannot encash the unpaid leaves accrued and you are so busy working, you cannot avail of these during the year.
there is no worse thing about the company's paid / vacation leave. It is as it should be. Very transparent.
