All are understanding but Team leader played a kind of politics when i got my offer letter there was my salary 20,000 after that i got a call from HR that your salary is 16,000 i had experienced 1.6 years Also. And freshers are getting this salary

Best thing is that salary and incentives are awarded without fail. Worst thing is that the changes in the system is done as per the managements wish/ satisfaction not as per the employees satisfaction/ recommendations even when the managements decision is failed.
