Leave policy is fine. No canteen and snacks facility. If you are staying late in the evening, there will be no facility.
Pros: Paid Exam leaves of 4-5 months. When you are at office then one can come late & leave early. Quarterly Article- Partner dinner. Quarterly team party. No fuzz in reimbursement. Cons: Won't be able to take classes since one has to travel outstation. Lesser stipend 6-8-10.
Benefits are average. sometimes less when compared to the level of work that needs to be done. The salary for freshers is below industry standards.
Your approved leaves at times are disapproved. The reimbursements are very late. We have to escalate this to finance director every now and then. The best places to work for is for the US office only. The Indian practice tries to take the leverage of the same but does not have that sort of culture.
Work from home twice a month
company doesn't provide any perks. In fact it earns all the miles and extra benefits instead of letting the employees earn.
