Great benefits but i wish the company offered a better remote work policy. The board has started pressing leadership to enforce more strict in office work culture. It's a shame.

Hello, Need suggestion! I recently returned from maternity leave with a 5-month-old kid. I currently have two offers. 2) 26 lpa - 2 days per week; 1) 21 lpa - full-time job from home. How do you interpret your personal experience? Which should I choose? I believe that 21 lpa is too little for someone with ten years of experience, but on the other hand, it does allow me to work from home. I don't want to regret it later, so should I take 26 lpa and leave the infant at home for 2 days?

Hello Fishes, I’m looking for a job switch. Currently living in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Designation: Lead Software Engineer Looking for remote role preferably. Tech stack: Nodejs, Aws, mongo, postgres, mysql, azure, Angular CCTC: 12.5 LPA ECTC: 24 LPA YOE: 6.5 Need WLB, benefits. My current company is great in every aspect except salary, should I switch or ask for more compensation? And ask them how? Else which companies are best according to my tech and needs?
I have put down my papers 3 weeks back due to some reason and got released from project 2 weeks back and now I am on bench, but when asked for early release they put in some new project form couple of weeks and I don't want to work anymore in this organisation. How to handle this situation, the reason of my resignation is personal reason and wanted to take some time off from professional work. Please advise 🙏

Time off and work life balance
I am always told from my Dentist and MDs that my health coverage is fantastic. The company pays nearly 100% for everything but medical and even then it's not a lot that comes out of my paycheck, even after maxing every possible benefit election.
The benefits package I received was very extensive, Medical, dental 401K unlimited PTO all the usual that you see in today's company offerings. However one of the major benefits that has been a huge plus is there Lyra mental health offerings. If you need therapy or a life coach or career advise you can use 20 sessions for you and each family members.
By far the best benefits that I have had!
