Flexibility is probably best benefit of pwc, and overall employee care - be it family time, insurance coverage, vaccination , mental wellness. Performance bonus is also excellent, which is over and above base pay

PwC is a people-centric organisation with a very strong focus on one of its core values "care" at its heart. Be it health insurance, bereavement leaves, or an entire gamut of facilities it is always a step ahead of its peers in terms of taking care of its people.
There is great insurance, good holiday schedules, decent starting package and we get to learn a lot. Depends on which team you are in.
