Better benefit than other MNCs, I joined as a contractual at PWC SDC they allotted 10 paid leave to me 5 casual leave and 5 sick leave and they provide cab and food facilities in busy seasons, and their employees benefit package were better than other companies (insurance, medical, etc)

Package consists of fixed amounts. Variable pay depends completely on the performance. Lunch was provided at the office at a subsidized price. Transport was either reimbursed or borne by the client. There is training given to the employees from time to time.

No benefits as you are on client site. G&PS does not pay for travel also. You will have to pay out of your own pocket. worst experience.
