Qualcomm India has the worst COVID policy. They have not provided any support to their employees during pandemic situation. While other companies have supported the employees with furniture, WFH accessories etc, Qualcomm has been surprisingly very unsupportive. They have infact very difficult processes and not employee friendly at all. In last couple of years, facilities services in India have degraded drastically and alot of benefits have reduced. Please be careful before joining Qualcomm if facilities are of some concern to you.
