Changing structures every year. Bonus and appraisal can be very subjective. Amount of bonus vis a vis CTC can be handsome
Every employee has a component of performance bonus based on role and department
No bonus was offered to inerns
Performance bonus policy is not good. If You meets expectation then only its 100% payout else 0% for need improvement and poor rating.
You cannot expect rating on performance above average irrespective of how you perform.
Have availed it for the performance
