They provide health insurance but do not think at all about health of employees. Employees are overworked and badly treated.

There is no benefits overall. You end up being frustrated as no other Company is hiring you because you have the tag of quislex and is paid too high than your experience and market standards
the perks of the company are very less they show that they want to b in the market so they fire and hire people package is very low
The worst thing about the benefits package at Quislex is their variable pay which is the discretion of the seniors. You have to be constantly remain in their good books, which is very tiring.
