Consider my age is 30 i have 80 lakhs in savings/ investment...next year it will be touching 1 crore . Hello, Need suggestion! I recently returned from maternity leave with a 5-month-old kid. I currently have two offers. 2) 26 lpa - 2 days per week; 1) 21 lpa - full-time job from home. How do you interpret your personal experience? Which should I choose? I believe that 21 lpa is too little for someone with ten years of experience, but on the other hand, it does allow me to work from home. I don't want to regret it later, so should I take 26 lpa and leave the infant at home for 2 days?
