    It highly depends on your manager or L1 if you will be getting a vacation or time off. In the commissioning phase, vacations are naturally tough to be granted and are mostly declined.

    24 Paid leave and other CL&SLs. Time off is better side on corporate offices otherwise on project sides it's still little streachable hours beyond office hours on picktime of projects. Official hours on manufacturin site is 8:30 to 5.

    Vacations were very limited and I hardly got any chance to enjoy it. The six-day week of work was horrible. I hope they have gotten rid of it.
